Twitter, Facebook account has been hacked, then such recovery

 Step-2: Answer this question afterwards.  Based on these, your Twitter account will be recovered.  Although Twitter account is hacked, Twitter advises to create new account.

Facebook Recovery:

 Step-1: First go to the 'https://www.facebook.com/hacked' link.  Click the 'Your account has been compromised' button here.

 Step-2: Now click on 'Forgotten your password?'

 Step-3: In doing so, the user name, e-mail or phone number associated with the account will be asked in the open screen.  If the hacker has changed your e-mail or phone number then enter your username.  It can not change the hacker.  From this, Facebook will search your account.

 Step-4: Now the option of e-mail or phone number will be given to reset the password.  Code will be sent for the password on which the new password can be selected.  If hacker has changed the e-mail and password then click 'No longer have access to these?'  This will help you get back to your email again.

Gmail Recovery:

 Step-1: To get back a hacked Gmail account, it is important to gather some information.  For example, when your last password, last time you logged in, the account was created, what was the security question etc.  If you have these information, go to https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery/ and select 'I do not know my password' and click on the 'continue' button.

 Step-2: If hacker has not changed your phone number then you will be able to recover the account with the help of phone.  But if the number has been changed, click 'I can not access my phone'.

 Step-3: On the new screen, you will have to give an email ID that you can contact.  After this all the questions asked are answered.  After all the answers, the information related to the new password will be available to the other e-mails you have given.

InstagramRecovery:

 Step-1: Go to https://help.instagram.com/.  Click on 'Privacy & Safety Center' and click 'Report Something'.  This will take you to the 'Hacked Accounts' page, where you can choose 'I think my account has been hacked.'

 Step-2: In this you select 'Report it to us' and after answering 'My account' please answer the questions.  This will recover your password.
