Facebook Recovery:
Step-1: First go to the 'https://www.facebook.com/hacked' link. Click the 'Your account has been compromised' button here.

Step-3: In doing so, the user name, e-mail or phone number associated with the account will be asked in the open screen. If the hacker has changed your e-mail or phone number then enter your username. It can not change the hacker. From this, Facebook will search your account.

Gmail Recovery:
Step-1: To get back a hacked Gmail account, it is important to gather some information.
